Alison Duffy
Research Associate
Alison is a Research Scientist in the Gadagkar Lab. She completed her BS in Physics at Yale University and both her PhD in Physics and her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Biophysics and Neurobiology at the University of Washington working with Prof. Adrienne Fairhall. Her research focuses on the theoretical and computational principles underlying learning and plasticity in the brain. She draws on tools from applied mathematics, physics, and machine learning to develop theoretical models and analyses of behavioral and neural data in close collaboration with experimentalists.
